A few weeks ago, I introduced to you our new sponsorship program and talked a bit about the immediate, urgent need we are facing. Last week, you heard a story from one of our sponsors. This week, I want to introduce you to meet two of our favorite little boys!
First,
Meet Ashley.
He’s a heartthrob. And rightly so.
Ashley was born on November 13, 2011 and is a silly, short 4 year old that is sure to steal your attention. He is a joyful, loving, little boy whose tight squeezes, contagious giggles, and radiating smile will warm your heart. He is very energetic, happy, and fun. He loves to play and likes going to school. His favorite activities this past year were drawing, practicing his letters, and learning his numbers. His favorite color is red and his favorite animal is a chicken. We pray the Lord will protect the wellsprings of joy in Ashley’s heart, hold him dear, and raise him up as a mighty man.
Second,
Meet Watson.
He too melts many hearts.
Watson’s exact birth date and age is unknown, yet it is estimated that he is approximately 6 or 7 years old. He is a lover. He enjoys being held and played with. He finds belonging in a hug and pure delight in a cuddle. He has an easy smile and gentle spirit. He likes attention and will cling to those who respond to him with it. He is often quiet and shy, yet has bundles of energy inside of him at the same time. Watson is easy to love, and we pray that he will grow in his understanding of just how much he IS loved – by others, but even more so, by a mighty and magnificent Heavenly Father.
