Tammy Lias and Chelle Bisenius — How will I know if my child needs resources beyond what we are currently doing?  WE will learn from Tammy Lias from Journey Therapy at the Barn about the popular therapies of EMDR, Neurofeedback/Brain Paint, and Play Therapy.  We will also learn from Chelle Bisenius who had been involved in the foster and adoptive system for over 20 years.  Raising a child from a difficult place is challenging on good days.  Finding ways to cope and make it through is so important.  She will share her story of successes and failures and how they made it from a chaotic home to a home filled with love and security.  She works for Lutheran Services in Iowa and will also talk about finding resources and building a team around you that will help your child be the best they can be.
