Just Breathe — Tonight’s training will be SO FUN and hopefully SO EFFECTIVE! You are invited to take your children WITH YOU to this training! Darcie Van Voorst is excited to talk with your children about the differences between regulation and dysregulation. We then will explore practical ways to stay regulated AND easy ways to calm down when they become dysregulated. One area of focus is different ways we can use breathing to calm down. Following a short time of learning, parents and their children will have the opportunity to make various items to take home to aid in regulation. The night is geared towards elementary-age kiddos, but if your kiddos are younger or older and would like to join, that’s all right!
