Share Your Story

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN SHARING YOUR STORY?

“After nourishment, shelter, and companionship, stories are the thing we need most in the world. ” — Philip Pullman

Your story matters, and we’re so honored that you would consider sharing it with our community.
Katelyn’s Fund holds three primary goals in sharing family stories online: 1.) to give authentic testimony and tangible hope to other families at different points in their adoption journey, 2.) to see the faithfulness of God in every season and be reminded that He remains the same regardless of circumstance, and 3.) to come together as a body of Christ in support of each other.
With this in mind, do you believe you might have something to share? We would love to read a draft of your story and consider it for publication on our website and social media!
You may choose to write about any piece of your story as long as it fits in these parameters: It should protect the privacy of your child and his/her first families, even while sharing honestly about your own. It should give hope, even while speaking honestly of hardships. It should be authentic and real, but always honoring. And it should share what the Lord is doing, even if you’re still figuring that out.

  • What has adoption taught you / your family
  • How has adoption changed you / your family

  • How has adoption been different than you thought it would be

  • Include any supporting images that can be used throughout your post
